When did you discover your love for dance ?
My mom says from day one.
Since becoming a mom and seeing it in my second child I know what she meant.
Some people are just born with the love for the music.

What dance styles do you specialize in, and how do they inspire you?
I started as a gymnast at the age of 4 and continued until I was 12.
At 19, I discovered yoga, and it became a transformative practice that helped me regain body awareness and deeper connection with myself.
At the age of 27, I stumbled upon fusion belly dance, and it felt like destiny had brought us together.
I fell in love with this dance style because it's a beautiful fusion of various dance forms, allowing me to infuse every movement with the essence of my soul.

I have the liberty to incorporate elements from various dance genres, and that empowers me to tell unique stories through movement.

How did dance transformed your life ?
Dance has taught me that my uniqueness is my greatest asset.
I've learned to express myself authentically and fearlessly.

What would u suggest to someone who would love to start dancing?
Starting with dance requires just three essential ingredients:
FOCUS, WILLPOWER, and good music.
At first, it may feel challenging and unfamiliar.
But stick to it, no matter what!
Dedicate just 20 minutes each day to practice the basics, and you'll be amazed at the progress after three months.
With consistent practice, you'll find yourself slipping effortlessly into that flow state, where the real magic happens.
You can dance without all the technicalities, but mastering the technique provides a powerful tool to express yourself on a whole new level. Once I became good with my technique I became more confident in showing my dance and sharing it with others.
